Fitting Hybrids
What you are looking for if you want to put hybrids in your bag. You want to fill in the gaps. Get rid of your 3 or 4 iron, for most of us they aren’t giving us the distance they should be. First what you need to do is find out the average distance you hit your 5 iron. Not the perfect on the screws shot but the average distance.
Next what is the average distance you hit your 5 metal, if that is the next club in line you carry. Once you have those two distances you now know the gap you need to fill. And keep in mind just because a hybrid says 4 on the bottom doesn’t mean it will replace your 4 iron. Find the two hybrids that will fill the gap. You won’t be disappointed on the course.
